Empowering Educators: The Guru Dakshta Experience

Swarnprastha Public School hosted a two day Capacity Building Programme titled " Guru Dakshta " on 20th and 21st March 2025. Esteemed mentors Ms. Suman Singh and Ms. Rajni Ashat led this dynamic initiative, aiming to update educators with the latest teaching methodologies and pedagogical practices as well as accessing various CBSE portals, including Prashikshan Triveni, Pariksha Sangam, SARAS, SQAAF etc. The program featured intensive skill development sessions, career advancement strategies, networking opportunities, and promotional activities, all designed to empower teachers in their professional journey. Interactive sessions and collaborative discussions fostered a vibrant exchange of ideas and strategies. This initiative aligns with the school's ethos of nurturing holistic development and academic brilliance.
