Skill Development Programme

Swarnprastha Public School is among those rare institutions who believe in being the torch bearers of the changing trends Continuing with this tradition school organised a Skill Development Programme for the staff on 01 July 2023. Under this endeavor, Mr. Ashwani Kumar Sharma an excellent motivational speaker imparted training and gave exposure in various skills to the entire faculty.

In the introductory session, the resource person highlighted the Importance of Soft skills in today’s global market. He gave a brief introduction about the Soft skills or social skills. These skills include effective communication, leadership, and teamwork skills; demonstrating problem solving abilities, initiative, and motivation skills; displaying honesty and strong Work ethics. He also highlighted the Importance of Soft skills, as it plays a vital role for academic and professional success; they help us excel in the workplace and their importance cannot be denied in the emerging information or knowledge society. 

The principal Mr. Rohit Panda “The programme is a great initiative as it helps the teachers to enhance communication skills, become fearless, shed inhibitions, and instill pride and belongingness."
The objective of this interactive session was to create love and passion for the workplace. The session concluded with thought provoking and reformative practices for the teachers to take purposeful actions to produce optimistic, independent, compassionate, and life long learners. The workshop was very informative and the teachers participated with enthusiasm. An interactive concourse ignited the inquisitiveness of all the teachers.
