On a sunny morning at our beloved Pre-Primary section, an enchanting celebration marked the observance of National Postal Day on 10th October 2023. With giggles and excitement, our little learners embarked on a journey to discover the charm of sending messages. 
The day began with the children learning about the significance of National Postal Day, which honors the invaluable role of postal services in connecting people across the world. Through interactive storytelling and engaging activities, the students understood how letters, postcards, and parcels travel from one place to another, bringing joy to people's lives.

The highlight of the day was when each student crafted a heartfelt message on a colorful postcard, expressing their love and gratitude to their parents. With crayons and markers in hand, they poured their tiny hearts onto these little canvases, creating pieces of art that held immense sentimental value.

Once the postcards were ready, the children lined up with excitement to visit our very own "Letter Box." This symbolic mailbox was specially set up for the occasion, allowing the children to experience the joy of posting letters firsthand. Gently, they slipped their postcards into the mailbox, a sense of accomplishment and anticipation in their eyes.

As the children participated in this hands-on activity, they learned valuable lessons about communication, empathy, and the joy of giving. They understood that it's not just about sending a message but also the thought and effort behind it that truly matters.
The National Postal Day celebration was a heartwarming experience, fostering a sense of connection, gratitude, and excitement among our young learners. It was a day filled with love and appreciation for the postal services that continue to connect people, and it left a lasting impression on our students as they eagerly awaited their parents' surprise postcards in return.
