Journey from Teacher to Guru

A workshop on "Journey from Teacher to Guru: Excellence in Teaching, Learning, and Institutional Development Using Ancient Wisdom and Mindfulness" led by Dr. (Prof.) Pankaj Gupta explored the integration of time honoured practices with modern educational methodologies. He focused on self love by practising the principles of 'Having, Doing, Being’. He reiterated that no dream is impossible and age is no bar to achieve one’s dream. His anecdotal filled session touched and motivated the audience. Participants learned how ancient wisdom and mindfulness can enhance teaching efficacy, student engagement, and overall institutional growth. Dr. Gupta emphasized the role of a teacher as a mentor and guide, fostering a deeper connection with students.
