International Tiger Day

Save The Roar of The Jungle

World Tiger Day also known as International Tiger Day is celebrated every year on 29 July as a way to raise awareness about this magnificent but endangered big cat.

This year, Swarnprastha Public School sensitized students about the critical need to protect tigers. Various activities like Mask making, Poster making, Roleplay, Slogan writing, Poem recitation, etc. were organized on the school campus for the students of classes Nur to 5. Students shared many interesting facts about tigers and the little ones made beautiful bookmarks. Children could understand how these magnificent creatures will be on the verge of extinction if we don't join hands to save them.

The Principal Mr Rohit Panda and Headmistress Ms Megha Kaushik appreciated the children for their wonderful efforts and also informed them about the importance of World Tiger Day.
