Heritage Walk

“Our heritage makes us unique”

Heritage walks are the best way to learn and recognize our culture, tradition, philosophy, myths, and associated rituals with them. The walk makes us look back and reminds us of our rich culture and history, provoking us to think about the existence of every historical structure and place. To enlighten the knowledge about our rich heritage, Swarnprastha public school organized Heritage Walk on 17 July 2023 (Monday).

The school has decided to reconnoiter rich Indian heritage to enhance the knowledge of students with rich and affluent diversity. Students were free to choose any topic for their performance. The aim of the activity was to make students aware of the importance of heritage and its preservation. Various programs related to the historical structures of India were organized by the students. A special PowerPoint presentation competition was held based on the theme Heritage by class 8 students. ITIHAS KI ABHIVYAKTI was another activity performed by class 7 students. Class 6 contributed by making beautiful posters based on the theme “My Heritage My Pride” showing the rich culture of India.   Principal Mr. Rohit Panda applauded the efforts of the students and the teachers. Students took part in different activities in a large number.  They infused life into Indian heritage through art.
