Grandparents Day 2.0

9 September 2024

"Grandparents are the strings that bind the pearls of generations together."

Swarnprastha Public School hosted a heartwarming programme for our dear grandparents on 8th September 2024. The event aimed to honour the love, wisdom and invaluable contribution of the grandparents in shaping the lives of grandchildren. The event brought together students, their grandparents, teachers, and staff for a day filled with activities and heartfelt tributes. The event was graced by the eminent Chief Guest, Mr. Nikhil Madaan, Mayor Sonipat and the Guest of Honour, Dr. Prasanna Kumar GV, Dean (Research), NIFTEM and special guests Mrs. & Mr. Aggarwal and Mr. Anmol Kedia, our esteemed Director. The Principal, Mr. Panda and the HMs, Mr. Singh and Ms. Kaushik welcomed the dignitaries with bouquet and mementos.

Our tiny tots stole the show with their magnificent oratory skills and performances on stage, and the activities which made our grandparents walk down the memory lane of their childhood. Our dear grandparents enthusiastically participated and shared their fondest memories. Our little munchkins were on their toes with teachers and management for the preparation of this grand event since the last month. In addition, the school presented mementos to the grandparents as a token of appreciation. The celebration was a reminder of the priceless role grandparents play in nurturing the younger generation and keeping traditions alive. We extend our sincerest gratitude towards the Management, the Grandparents and the Parents for always standing parallel with us in all endeavours.
